Swimming Pool Starting Blocks & Turning Boards

Within the range of swimming pool equipment Steel Line produce three types of starting blocks for deck level, free board and raised end pools. These comply with ASA/Fina regulations. Click on the link for more details.

Standard Starting Block

Standard pool starting block stainless steel tubular framework with backstroke bar, two holdfast fixtures, MIO grouted into surround, G.R.P platform with non-slip surface and lane numbers on two sides.

Deck Level Starting Block

Stainless Steel tubular framework with backstroke bar, fixing positions for turning boards, four holdfast fixings, M10 grouted into surround. G.R.P. Platform with non-slip surface and lane numbers on two sides.

Turning Boards

Deck level pool turning boards to increase height of pool edge during competition, fixed to starting block one end of pool, other end to brackets. G.R.P mounded onto stainless steel tube frame. A complete stainless steel version is also available.

Turning Board Bracket

For holding turning boards when no starting block, stainless steel tubular framework with two holdfast fixings, grouted into surround.
